Elaine Ralls

Elaine Ralls - Chief Executive Officer

Elaine is a leader who is kind, quirky, humorous and full of life. She leads the entire agency by example. One Big Life is her philosophy. Where boundaries are blurred and the common focus is potential. To her, the status quo is yesterday’s news. There’s always more than one right answer. Sales, marketing and advertising are her specialties and client growth is her goal. She wants it all. Great clients. Great team. Great friends. Great family. And collaboration. Her pursuit of excellence is relentless. To her, community is crucial. She believes in the power of positive thinking. She graduated with an MBA from ASU and a PhD from Nova Southeastern University’s School of Entrepreneurship.

David Ralls

David Ralls - President

No guts, no glory—that’s David Ralls. Focused and determined, he has built an eclectic team of exceptional talent. He enjoys a nice suit and tie, but he also likes an un-tucked shirt when the time calls for it. He is a father of two boys. Unconventional. Unrestricted. He drives ideas that affect change. He holds an MBA from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. The Chandler Compadres and other community organizations are his passion. Ask him about his accolades and he’ll shy away. He’s been recognized by the ASU Spirit of Enterprise Center with the Monster Entrepreneurial Award and has been named one of America’s Top 25 Most Influential Minds in the Hospitality Industry by HSMAI.

Dave Ragar

Dave Ragar - Vice President Creative Director

Dave likes big ideas, not big egos. It’s taken him 30 years to realize he’s a workaholic, but in a good way. He graduated from the Art Center and now leads the creative department. His love of root beer is unhealthy. He started his career in New York City at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample and Saatchi & Saatchi. He is a man with a vision—to make smart, memorable ideas. To him, risk equals excitement. He likes the occasional surf break in California. He is a proud husband, a loving father and grandfather of four. He has worked on clients such as Toyota, Circle K, Northwest Airlines, Wendy’s, MGM Grand, Blue Man Group, Nabisco, Burger King, General Mills, Cox Communications, Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals.

Katie Coates

Katie Coates - Vice President Client Services

Doing "whatever it takes" for a client is Katie Coates’ mantra. She believes strategy drives results and leads the entire client services team with an iron, well-manicured fist. To say she likes to read is an understatement. She prefers the question of "why" to "how," thanks to her Jesuit professors. Spare time for her is sparse. When she can get it, she likes to play with her precious mutt Nellie. Cosmo or French Rosé: she can’t decide. Mediocre and "good enough" don’t exist in her vocabulary. She operates at 212 degrees. Her list of clients over the years includes Janus Capital Group, State Farm Insurance, City & County of Denver and Komen for the Cure for starters.

Fred Pratt

Fred Pratt - Vice President Analytics and Technology

Fred’s philosophy is Solve for "X." Just fill in the blank: Best customer, maximum share of wallet, highest retention, optimal ROI. It’s the challenge of solving the puzzle that he is passionate about. He’s part hunter, explorer, architect and magician—where "big data" is the environment in which he plays. He minimizes risk and maximizes gains. He loves the art and science of analytics. As a result, he can’t pass up the opportunity to connect the dots. He enjoys leveraging client data, reveal customer personas, customer segments, and the best ROI opportunities. He has worked with numerous national brands such as CenturyLink, PacifiCare, Four Seasons, AVNET, and ARAMARK. He holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU.

Janelle Brannock

Janelle Brannock - Director of Public Relations

A master juggler and chocolate enthusiast, Janelle Brannock leads PR and social media at air. Her favorite pastime is brainstorming new ideas (scribbled on Post-Its that decorate her desk). But she’s also serious about running and Zumba. One day she’ll write a book. In previous lives she’s been a newspaper reporter and magazine editor. She is most proud of her two kids. She’s glued to her iPhone and AP Stylebook. She’s worked with clients including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, UnitedHealthcare, Pfizer, McDonald’s and Phoenix Brands LLC (Rit Dye and Niagara Spray Starch). She drinks wine and makes a mean meatball (usually at the same time).

Amber West

Amber West - Media Supervisor

Always curious, never complacent, Amber West is a media dork. She leads the media team with smart, 360 degree thinking and an uncanny love for high heels. She plans. She buys. She shops. Traditional, non-traditional, she knows it all. Trendsetter. She always knows “what’s in.” She lives and breathes the local market and obsesses over the national market. There’s always a method to her madness. She eats insights for breakfast. Awkwardly enjoys ROI reporting, spreadsheets and negotiation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administrations and a minor in Communication.
